Iced: Mix 1 to 2 scoops with 5 oz warm water until fully dissolved. Pour over ice.
Hot: Mix 1 scoop with 6-8 oz hot water until fully dissolved.
Boba: Mix 1 to 2 scoops with 5 oz warm water until fully dissolved. Pour over tapioca pearls (not included) and ice.
Frappe: In a blender, add 1 to 2 scoops of powder, 2 oz warm water, and 1 cup of ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
*For best results, use a frother or blender. For a creamier texture, substitute warm milk for water when mixing.

I really like how creamy and smooth this matcha tea is. It’s just sweet enough. And, as long as you make sure you are using the right temperature for the water, it’s not bitter at all. I discovered PureniTea one day when they had a booth at an event in Boston’s Chinatown and were offering free sample drinks. I tried all of them, was impressed, and decided to buy a bag of the matcha and one for black milk tea. Best decision ever! I’ve been a loyal customer ever since. This is the best combination I could ask for: easy to store, dairy-free (a huge perk for someone who’s lactose intolerant), made with good ingredients, and most importantly, it actually tastes great. It already tastes good with just water, but I usually add a bit of lactose-free milk or almond milk to make it more like a latte. And when I’m in the mood, I add brown sugar boba to make bubble tea, which tastes amazing :)
