Hot: Mix 1 scoop with 6-8 oz hot water until fully dissolved.
Boba: Mix 1 to 2 scoops with 5 oz warm water until fully dissolved. Pour over tapioca pearls (not included) and ice.
Frappe: In a blender, add 1 to 2 scoops of powder, 2 oz warm water, and 1 cup of ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
*For best results, use a frother or blender. For a creamier texture, substitute warm milk for water when mixing.

When I lived in Hong Kong, I regularly drank delicious milk tea from Tai Hing (a chain of Hong Kong-style diners/teahouses). Now back in the States and far away from any Asian market, I have been trying to find suitable substitutes for that milk tea. This taste exactly what I'd order from a Hong Kong restaurant but it actually has health benefits! I can't wait to make this part of my daily routine. It's so tasty!!
